Together with other industry healthcare experts, Dr. Tan Chuan Chien was part of a team of panelists for the mini symposium “Advances in Surgical Oncology” that discussed “Locally Advanced Breast Cancer”, specifically on locally advanced tumours and the the multi-disciplinary management required in complex situations, with surgical expertise and experience, as well as the latest evidence and advances in the field.
Hosted by the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) and co-organized by the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore (CSI), this year marked their 8th NCIS Annual Research Meeting (NCAM) with the theme “Targeting the Untargeatable”.
